Warren Chumley, M.D.

Warren Chumley, M.D. joined Associates in Neurology in July of 2002. He graduated from the University of Kentucky where he also completed his internship and residency. Dr. Chumley’s training included a Fellowship in Clinical Neurophysiology and Electromyography at the Medical College of Georgia. He provides Botox treatment for patients as well as EMG studies. Dr. Chumley sees patients in Lexington, Danville, and Corbin.
