Craig A. Knox, M.D., Ph.D.
Craig A. Knox, M.D., Ph.D. graduated cum laude from St.
Johns University, Minnesota and obtained his Ph.D. from
Tulane University School of Medicine, New Orleans. He
earned his medical degree from the University of
Minnesota School of Medicine and pursued his internship,
residency, and fellowship at the Mayo Clinic in
Rochester, Minnesota. Dr. Knox held several academic
positions at the University of Kentucky Medical Center
as well as other universities prior to seeking private
practice. He has been affiliated with Associates in
Neurology since 1990. Dr. Knox has authored numerous
articles, has been an invited lecturer, and participated
in research grants. Dr. Knox is Board Certified in
Neurology. He consults with general neurology patients,
with special interest in aging, dementia and peripheral
neuropathy. Dr. Knox sees patients in Lexington,
Danville, and Corbin.
